Forensic Auditing
Provide support to government, including inspector generals, laboratory management, district attorneys, attorneys general, and other oversight authorities, on the response to and investigation of laboratory or departmental forensic corrective action events, sentinel events, and quality assurance/quality control incidents.
Coordinating Discovery Attorney
Provide support to complex cases involving large volumes of discovery, unusual organizational or technological issues, and/or a large number of defendants on managing discovery, including the timing and format of productions, and developing review strategies that enhance representation. Elizabeth is a CDA under contract with the federal defender services office to provide these services in federal criminal justice act cases, and is also available to assist in complex state-level cases.
